About the Role:

  • As a Founding Engineer, you will be the first in-house engineering headcount for an AI-native Professional Services Automation platform.
  • You will have end-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, hardening and evolving the platform solo.

Key Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience with React/TypeScript and Node/Postgres.
  • You have 4+ years of solo ownership of cloud deployment, releases, and CI/CD.
  • You have 1-2+ years of experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
