Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Life Cycle Manager to own and optimize the full email journey — from lead nurturing to customer retention. This role is ideal for someone who loves building campaigns, digging into data, and crafting messages that drive action. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver timely, targeted communications that speak to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
You will own the full lifecycle email program — from acquisition through retention — with a focus on re-engagement, conversion, and customer education. Responsibilities include building, testing, and optimizing email campaigns, developing audience segmentation strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment.
