Job Description
Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain routine and ad hoc reports on demographics, program participation, and outcomes using SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Compile and analyze data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement data quality processes to maintain integrity across reporting functions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs and support reporting requests. Communicate clearly regarding timelines and processes, document processes, and establish instructions for data quality and reporting functions. Ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues.
Project Management and Adaptability: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and pivot according to feedback and changing organizational needs. Assist with statistical and descriptive analyses for projects and program evaluations.
