Lead the development of a best in class underwriting and claims platform, ensuring efficiency, automation, and scalability. Architect and scale API driven infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with third party data providers, brokers, carriers, and policy administration systems. Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance underwriting efficiency, claims adjudication, pricing and policy issuance. Implement data driven insights and reporting capabilities to enhance underwriting accuracy and claims efficiency. Build, scale, and mentor a high performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, collaboration, and execution. Optimize engineering operations, workflows, and technical debt management to support high growth scalability. Serve as a strategic technology partner to the CEO, executive leadership, and board, providing insights on product and tech driven growth strategies. Engage with investors, partners, and key customers, articulating Converge’s technology vision and value proposition.
