The ICP Senior Project Manager manages and develops a team to execute project workloads, manage customer expectations, and positively impact the customerβs purchasing experience. They guide and support their team through project management, assisting with technical or escalating issues.
Responsibilities include supporting project management team members, ensuring internal and external kick-off meetings, monitoring project deliverables (budget, schedule, scope), maintaining data entry and communication, and conducting training. They forecast sales, mitigate project risks, and foster internal relationships. The Senior Project Manager also executes annual planning actions, contributes to continuous improvement, and acts as a leading project manager for large projects.
Qualifications include a post-secondary degree or diploma or PMP certification, experience in project management in an industrial or construction environment, and familiarity with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.
