About the Role:
- You will serve as the central point of coordination for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives.
- You will own the Product Backlog, ensuring stories are refined, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution.
- You will partner with Product Managers and Program Managers to align delivery with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage backlog refinement sessions and ensure work meets Definition of Ready prior to sprint planning.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early while proactively communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across Security, Identity, Engineering, and QA organizations to maintain alignment.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile software delivery environments.
- You have previous experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) or CIAM initiatives.
- You possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
