You will own key communication channels including our Weekly All Hands, internal newsletter, and bi-annual company Summit content. Drive content planning and messaging for our bi-annual in-person summits, including executive keynotes, ancillary content, and cross-functional activities. Develop executive communications in partnership with senior leaders β writing, editing, or advising on emails, scripts, FAQs, and change management.
Build playbooks and frameworks for repeatable communications (e.g., strategy rollouts, product milestones, org changes, business system updates, and more). Uphold and evolve our tone of voice internally β communicating with warmth, clarity, humility, and purpose. Use data and feedback loops to measure the impact of internal communications and iterate accordingly.
