Job Description

Our APAC Customer Experience team is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our mission! In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers—delivering expert recommendations, guiding them to operationalize key use cases, and ultimately turning their success into strong advocacy for Dragos. You’ll be the voice of the customer within our organization, sharing critical feedback and insights that shape product innovation and address unmet needs. Beyond your technical expertise, what sets you apart is your tenacity, curiosity, humility, resilience, and relentless commitment to helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. Act as the technical advocate and advisor for assigned customer accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and utilization of Dragos solutions through regularly scheduled cadence calls or ad-hoc customer requests. Understand customer goals, success criteria, and operational environments to guide them toward realizing maximum value. Provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance to customers, including best practices, roadmap alignment, and optimization recommendations. Collaborate closely with different teams at Dragos to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience for our customers. Proactively monitor customer health and usage data to identify and address risks, opportunities, and adoption gaps. Conduct regular account reviews and value realization sessions with customers. Deliver enablement and product walk throughs to help customers expand their internal capabilities and mature their cybersecurity programs.
