Junior Data Solutions Architect

What You'll Do:

• Perform structured data analyses under senior guidance to extract actionable insights and solve key customer problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with programmers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to execute data strategies.
• Assist in identifying customer problem sets and support the development of testable hypotheses.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of industry experience or equivalent research experience, with aptitude in Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB.
• Coachability and a humble receptiveness to mentorship and feedback.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $90,000-$110,000 with bonus program and equity.
