Engineering Manager

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with code and architecture. Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes that enable rapid iteration while maintaining product reliability. Partner closely with Product and Design leads to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop technical roadmaps and guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions. Participate in recruiting and hiring to build a diverse and talented growth engineering team.
