What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end Patient and Provider Experience, from onboarding through ongoing clinical care
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Partner with the clinical operations team and clinical providers to identify workflow inefficiencies and translate them into product improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a medical, clinical, digital health, or clinical product role
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to plan, build, and deliver technology products
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care delivery models, and healthcare operations
