Job Description
We’re looking for a User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our team and help us better understand our customers’ needs and pain points. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from a variety of sources including product reviews, customer support conversations, sales calls, surveys, and more—and turn it into actionable insights for our Product and Design teams. Your work will directly inform our roadmap and help ensure we’re solving the problems that matter most to our users.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing user feedback, identifying recurring themes, creating reports, working with product managers and designers, and contributing to a user-centric culture.
