Director of Product

We're hiring a Director of Product who is equal parts builder and operator. You'll set direction, then personally push fragile 0→1 work across the line—writing crisp specs, unblocking engineering, sweating edge cases, and shipping quality quickly. You thrive in ambiguity, act like an owner, and bring relentless curiosity. This role requires managing dual product lines simultaneously while maintaining high velocity and quality standards in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll own the product roadmap aligned to company strategy and customer outcomes across two product lines, lead hands-on execution, and drive GTM alignment with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. The role requires strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and ops teams. Tool fluency in Linear, Figma, FigJam, Notion, PostHog, and Segment is expected.
