Job Description
Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, data‑driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers. Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment. Own solution architecture and technical roadmap for full‑stack services (Go, Python, React) on AWS. Design and implement distributed systems for Fortune‑500‑level scale, reliability, and performance. Productize data: build services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer‑facing capabilities. Guide hands‑on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices. Ensure compliance, security‑by‑design, and auditability for regulated industries. Collaborate with Product/Data/Infra to translate business goals into technical deliverables. Mentor engineers and promote best practices and documentation.
