Associate Director, Commercial Analytics

About the Role:

• This hands-on individual contributor role drives promotional effectiveness analytics and forecasting for Vera's launch product.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Forecasting and Advanced Analytics, you will build models and present insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and optimize promotional investment across channels, audiences, and customer segments.
• Develop patient-based demand forecasts and analyze real-world data to support launch reporting.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and set standards for responsible use.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in quantitative or scientific field preferred with 5+ years of commercial analytics experience in biotech or pharma.
• Proven expertise in promotional response modeling, ROI analysis, and forecasting using internal and external data assets.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing executive audiences and managing multiple priorities.
