Key Accountabilities:
- Shape the product by defining what to build, then design and deliver it within the Product Organization while setting standards for code quality, architecture, and delivery.
- Lead by doing: design and implement core application components, critical services, and integration layers.
- Establish quality thresholds and release criteria for correctness, latency, reliability, cost, and user trust.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstarted technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Next.js/TypeScript for full-stack delivery.
- Demonstrated daily-driver fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
