Responsibilities:
- Own the ad monetisation strategy and execution across web and mobile apps.
- Design and manage ad unit structures across multiple brands, platforms, countries, user segments, and placements.
- Provide weekly reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Advanced hands-on experience with Google AdMob.
- App ad mediation setup and optimisation, including bidding, waterfalls, mediation groups, demand partners, and country-level optimisation.
- Experience running A/B tests or controlled experiments for ad placements, frequency caps, and monetisation changes.
