This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the scheduling of field service technicians to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial solar energy systems. This role ensures efficient allocation of resources, timely service delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction, all while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
