Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Paralegal

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and organize Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements.
• Collect, review, and organize client financial records, including tax returns and bank statements.
• Communicate with clients professionally to obtain missing documentation and provide case updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy petitions, trustee requirements, and court filing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; professional English required.
