What you’ll be doing in the role:

  • Review AI-generated support replies for accuracy and brand voice.
  • Create realistic support tickets to test how AI handles complex inquiries.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles to ensure they are easy to follow.

Key Technologies:

  • CRM & Helpdesk Tools: proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Communication: Expert use of Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Documentation: Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, or Guru for knowledge management.
