Functional Chief for Work and Family Life Program

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to provide program oversight to The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program’s (FFSP) Work and Family Life (WFL) program. The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members. This person shall have oversight of provided Work and Family Life support programs and services that directly support deployment and mission readiness by preparing service and family members to anticipate, understand and cope with the demands associated with the Navy lifestyle and operating tempo. The Functional Chief will provide timely and effective program oversight of the WFL Programs functions, coordinate with NAFI representatives, and plan and ensure execution of quality assurance activities. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of instructions and regulations affecting the service delivery in the Work and Family Life Programs, analyzing data gathered, briefings, and assisting in developing standardized curriculum and program implementation guidance and making recommendations for the delivery of Work and Family Life Programs.
