Job Description:
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
- SOSi is seeking an Ontologist to support DoD mission requirements for a scalable, federated data ecosystem.
- The program bridges operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and international partners.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop, refine, and maintain domain-specific ontologies for data integration and AI support.
- Enforce W3C standards and metadata alignment across systems.
- Submit the Ontology Governance & Standardization Report.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
- 11+ years experience in ontology development and semantic technologies.
- Proficiency in SPARQL, OWL, BFO, CCO, Java, Python, and ArcGIS.
