AI Founding Engineer

Core responsibilities include building end-to-end training pipelines, from data processing to model deployment. You will also design new model architectures and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art methods. Moreover you will own the deployment process, focusing on GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scaling policies.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction, model architecture, and product strategy of a global consumer AI product. You will define and build key model systems.

The company is looking for someone with a strong background in deep learning and experience training or fine-tuning large models.
