Social Media Content Creator (Contract)

Grow Therapy is looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator to lead and execute our organic social strategy across key platforms. You’ll own the social content calendar, create compelling posts and videos, and collaborate with creative, paid, and brand teams to bring Grow’s mission to life through storytelling that resonates with consumers and the broader mental health community. Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posting across all major channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Concept, script, and produce original short-form video content for TikTok and Reels that aligns with Grow’s brand voice and goals. Collaborate with the creative team to brief in content needs that support company campaigns, initiatives, and seasonal priorities. Partner with the paid social team to identify and source high-performing content from creators and influencers. Write and edit captions and copy for social posts across platforms, maintaining an approachable, trustworthy tone. Track content performance and engagement trends to inform ongoing strategy and optimization.
