Job Description

At Turnitin, internal communication is culture in action and they are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and future-focused Senior Internal Comms Creative Production Partner to lead programs, platforms, and content design that shape experiences, compel engagement and connect teams. This role owns and evolves Turnitin’s internal communications—and reimagines how they connect as a remote-first company. It will be instrumental in how Turnitin communicates with their people—it is a high-visibility, high-impact role that partners across business functions and geographies to elevate clarity, transparency, and alignment. The role involves channel strategy and program management, executive and organizational communications, insights and impact tracking, and company-wide internal event planning. The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in internal communications, program management, and/or corporate comms, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and proven experience partnering with senior leaders on communications and culture-building. They should also have strong fluency in digital content formats and experience leading cross-functional projects involving platform/tool implementation or revamp.
