Staff Fullstack Engineer, Product Development Team

As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll contribute across the stack, with a strong focus on the back end, building the features and infrastructure that power our platform. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain features across the stack (Rails, React). Be a part of setting the technical direction for the team, guiding architectural decisions and driving critical projects. Work closely with product and design to create intuitive and performant experiences. Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Expand and maintain Rails-based APIs and backend services. Improve developer experience by contributing to tooling and CI/CD workflows. Bring product thinking to your work; help define what and why, not just how.
