CAD/BIM Implementation Specialist

This role helps onboard the plans of our builders into the Higharc platform, reporting to the Sr Manager of Implementation and will be a contractor. As a CAD/BIM Implementation Specialist responsibilities are leading implementation of buildings into the Higharc Editor and managing task progress for home delivery. You will also serve as a point of contact for product lead for our Builders, helping translate their existing product and documents into settings compatible with Higharc. Also, represent Higharc in technical pre-sales and ongoing technical support scenarios and provide feedback as target user/subject matter expert in use of the application. Provides technical support as needed to users of Higharc. You will also assist in defining requirements for the architecture/engineering teams and provide QA/QC, logging bugs across the product, especially focused on the Editor product.
