Digital and Visual Communications Lead

Role Overview:

• This role focuses on enhancing internal digital experiences and communications for employee and sales audiences.
• You will update SharePoint environments, create learning pages, and build a dedicated sales site.
• You will deliver executive-ready assets independently with a self-directed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern SharePoint experiences and digital resources for employee and sales audiences.
• Develop polished email communications, reusable templates, and foundational go-to-market presentations.
• Evaluate existing content, identify gaps, and establish consistent design standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with SharePoint, advanced PowerPoint, and HTML for digital content.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills for executive-level communications.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and independently deliver high-quality work.

Additional Information:

• Contract length is 2-3 months with potential extension, open to US or Canada remote.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
