Act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, owning critical company-wide initiatives and enabling high-velocity execution. Your mission is to 4x the CEO’s capacity by solving complex operational challenges, driving strategic projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment at the highest level. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership roles such as Founder, Chief of Staff, COO, GM, BizOps lead, or investor, with a strong track record of scaling startups, leading fundraising, and managing executive operations in a high-growth environment. Run company-wide operating rhythms and ensure high-velocity execution by systematically tracking key decisions, removing blockers, and ensuring timely follow-through. Lead Series B fundraising execution and own investor communications. Optimize internal processes and structure as we scale from Series A to Series B.
