About the Role:
- Manage the Special Assets portfolio for a community bank, focusing on criticized and non-performing loans.
- Work closely with credit, legal, and executive teams to drive risk mitigation and asset recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis and loan reviews to assess borrower risk.
- Prepare detailed reports for executive and board-level management on portfolio status.
- Oversee OREO assets, including valuation, maintenance, and disposition.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Special Assets, workouts, and credit analysis.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending, bankruptcy, and foreclosure processes.
