Role and Impact:

Essential Functions:

• Manage day-to-day operations including client subscription paperwork and compliance for private investment funds.
• Coordinate with internal operations to process and track client requests, maintaining data across systems.
• Research client issues with back-office partners and assist with tasks like account establishment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Require a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Must have strong prioritization, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
