Responsibilities:

  • Own training strategy and execution, including designing and delivering training across formats like live sessions and LMS to align with field expectations.
  • Manage content effectiveness and quality by simplifying complex information into actionable guidance and ensuring updates are efficient.
  • Drive training effectiveness by tracking completion and comprehension, identifying gaps, and using feedback for continuous improvement.

Support and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Field Operations and cross-departmental leaders to ensure camp teams are fully prepared and tools support execution at scale.
  • Partner with the People Team on LMS coordination to ensure all training is assigned and completed as designed.
  • Support field readiness by developing guides and communications and conducting field validation for real-world performance.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires 5+ years of experience developing training for geographically dispersed teams, preferably in education or youth programs.
  • Must have strong skills in content design, project management, and working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • This is a remote role with possible travel up to 15%, including visits to camp locations and attendance at in-person events.
