Director, Process Technology--Continues Thermoplastics

Role:

• Develop engineering and project objectives, plans, and budgets for new production plants, lines, and process upgrades.
• Direct internal and external resources to deliver on schedule and within budget, ensuring technical coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical preferred) with 10+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
• PMP certification required; Six Sigma certification preferred, with proficiency in project management and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present proposals to senior management.
