About Outpost:

The Role:
- You will be our first full-time engineer building the product that supports our agency delivery and becomes the tool our customers use directly.
- You will own the full stack, from infrastructure to production LLM systems.
- Every bit of leverage you build improves our margin and turns an agency into a company with a product.
What we're looking for:
- Staff-level full stack engineering experience, with production systems end to end.
- Production LLM experience with evals, retries, cost, and latency.
- Infrastructure ownership, including cloud, data, and deploys, with no separate platform team.
- Reddit nativeness is a huge plus, including years as an active Redditor or experience with the Reddit API.
