Role Overview:

• This is a freelance role focused on preparing and curating Polish-language datasets for AI and NLP initiatives in the healthcare domain.
• You will work 100% remotely within Poland, maintaining independent work with clear communication to NLP experts.
• The position directly contributes to the quality and reliability of AI-driven medical products for the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and annotate medically oriented datasets in Polish, ensuring linguistic and data quality for machine learning.
• Follow annotation conventions, perform audio transcriptions, and implement text patterns to extract named entities like medical terms.
• Contribute to dictionaries and taxonomies, evaluate text correctness, and proactively communicate on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Native Polish speaker with full professional English and a degree or background in Polish linguistics or computational linguistics.
• Familiarity with Polish medical terminology and hands-on experience with data annotation, transcription, and text analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, self-management skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines consistently.
