Perform copy-editing and translation tasks on assigned projects, ensuring high-quality linguistic outputs.
Manage language materials, including glossaries and style guides, and handle project-related queries.
Test and qualify new freelancers and vendors, and train internal linguists and external partners.

Requirements:

University degree in Translation or equivalent, with native fluency in Polish and strong English skills.
4+ years of translation/localization experience and thorough understanding of localization processes.
Proficiency with CAT tools like XTM and SDL Studio, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with knowledge of multiple subject matter terminologies.
Ability to present information effectively, solve practical problems, and work within a virtual team.
Willingness to use AI tools in the hiring process, with final decisions made by human judgment.
