Minimum 3 years' experience in translating and copy editing content for specified verticals: Investigator facing, Patient facing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Help, and UI content.
Professional-level English (US/GB) and native-level Xhosa expertise with cultural nuance understanding.
Proficiency in CAT tools like XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, Smartling and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:

Translation degree preferred; or 3 years' translation experience with other degree; or 5 years without degree.
Building a team of freelance language experts for multiple accounts and programs.
May use AI tools in hiring process; final decisions made by humans.
