Translate strategy into visuals: partner closely with our Creative Strategist to turn research and briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
Produce both statics and video: design static ad creative and edit short-form video for paid social at a high craft level.
Interpret brand guidance: work from one-pagers to comprehensive brand systems and produce reliably on-brand creative.

What we are looking for:

Core Experience: 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role with dedicated performance/paid social experience.
Craft & Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Figma and After Effects; comfortable editing raw footage into finished assets.
Creative & Strategic Judgment: Strong eye for modern performance advertising; can work from loose briefs with sound judgment.
