Blitz Win Cash is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Artist/Motion Designer to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Artist/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging visual content that will help us promote and grow our brand. This role involves creating content for social media, online advertising, OOH campaigns, and other marketing materials, developing brand guidelines for video and motion graphics, and continuously improving existing video content by testing and analyzing performance metrics.

We’re looking for a Director of Motion & Post to build and lead our in-house video team and motion creative capabilities. This role is equal parts creative visionary and hands-on operator. You’ll shape the look, feel, and rhythm of our video storytelling—across brand campaigns, paid media, testimonials, and lifecycle marketing.

Create and edit engaging motion graphics and videos, design dynamic component animations, translate static designs into captivating motion graphics, and collaborate with product designers to deliver seamless design solutions. The role requires a good understanding of the casual mobile apps market within a dynamic working environment.
