Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of complex, software-style interfaces with a clear focus on usability, visual clarity, and scalability. Responsibilities include translating user needs, business goals and technical constraints into intuitive UI/UX flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. The designer will work closely with product managers and engineers to define design requirements, refine feature scopes, iterate on prototypes, and ensure design specs are implemented with fidelity. They will also advocate for the user by conducting usability reviews, gathering feedback, and iterating designs. A creative industry mindset is essential to understand how creators think and design for that context. The designer will develop, maintain, and evolve design systems/components, collaborate with brand and visual design teams, and ensure responsiveness, accessibility and cross-platform consistency.
