Head of Creative Studio

Responsibilities:

• Manage the live ops content pipeline, including planning, briefing, production tracking, and release readiness.
• Translate creative goals into shippable reality by partnering with engineering on performance constraints.
• Lead external studio collaboration with clear briefs and feedback to maintain healthy partner relationships.

Who You Are:

• Have 8+ years in game development or real-time content production, with experience in live ops.
• Operate successfully in collaborative environments, bringing structure and alignment without steamrolling teams.
• Possess strong creative judgment and build systems for consistent team decision-making.

Work Environment:

• This is a high-collaboration leadership role, partnering closely with the Director of Design and Art Team Manager.
• You will reduce rework and increase throughput by improving documentation and lightweight processes.
• The role requires low-ego, high-agency, clear communication, and strong execution drive.
