The Role:
- Combine a finance mindset with technical curiosity to automate scalable, reliable processes.
- Read, debug, and modernize existing SQL and Python pipelines, including work inherited from prior analysts.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis projects and communicate insights to internal and external partners.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Strong SQL knowledge, Python experience a plus, and an automation-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus Points:
- Experience automating processes out of Excel into SQL or script-based processes.
- FinTech experience with loan-level, credit, or lending data.
- A real aptitude for AI tools to write and debug queries faster.
