Operational Strategist

The Operational Strategist will become proficient with the operations of a small startup by learning, modifying, and improving their use of internal tools (Notion, Google Drive/Docs, Zapier, Retool). This person will manage manual processes, learn them, then facilitate the transition to more automated systems. They will Liaise between product development and operations to ensure seamless process integration and a consistent feedback loop to improve the product. Support strategy development in collaboration with the COO, VP of Customer Success, Head of Growth, and VP of Finance is a must.
