Job Description
Strategy & Insight Generation: Define and execute the roadmap for our Product Analytics function, ensuring tight alignment with overall company goals. Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, proactively identifying opportunities and risks through data analysis.Lead the effort to translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that drive key business decisions and product feature development decisions.
Technical & Data Expertise: Conduct and oversee comprehensive, complex analyses of product usage and adoption. Utilize your technical skills to conduct complex analyses and validate data integrity.Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure our product data infrastructure is robust, reliable, and scalable for high-velocity analysis.
Metric Ownership: Deeply understand, define, and track key product and business metrics (KPIs). Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks (using Tableau) to monitor performance and health.
