Content Design & Development:

  • Build interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 and Google Workspace.
  • Develop comprehensive instructor manuals, detailed lesson plans, and learner workbooks.
  • Create technical diagrams, multimedia learning aids, and interactive demonstrations.

Curriculum Maintenance & Feedback:

  • Synthesize feedback from learners, instructors, and field SMEs to drive curriculum iteration.
  • Manage the update cycle for existing modules, adding, updating, or removing content.
  • Maintain version control and technical documentation for all training materials.

Technical and Industrial Expertise:

  • Understanding of Electrical systems, Instrumentation, and PLC logic and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Climate & Thermal Management and Fluid & Hydronic Systems.
  • Hands-on involvement with diesel generators, automatic transfer switches, and hydraulic controls.
