Job Description

The Engineering Application Support Specialist provides technical support and expertise for engineering software applications used across Coperion including troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance. They will assist users with application-related queries and facilitate training sessions to enhance user proficiency. This specialist collaborates with engineering teams to gather requirements for software enhancements, manages software updates, and ensures that applications align with the organization's engineering processes and standards. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for engineering applications (installation, configuration, troubleshooting), monitoring application performance, developing and maintaining documentation, supporting training sessions, and working with IT and software vendors. They will also assist in the integration of new applications, analyze user feedback, and participate in project meetings.
