Technical Chief of Staff

This is a high-level role supporting the Co-Founders, driving execution, and ensuring they focus on strategy, communications, and vision. As Technical Chief of Staff, you'll support operational strategy and execution across projects. This isn't a traditional Chief of Staff role. You're an action-oriented senior leader with exceptional EQ, comfortable with ambiguity, and known as a "fixer". Responsibilities include extracting key meeting information, ensuring action items are executed, maintaining structured decision-making, and mediating conflicts. The goal is organizational alignment and buy-in.
