Senior Data Engineer

Data Quality and Enrichment:

• Build and improve processes to clean, enrich, and structure large datasets.
• Increase the quality and depth of the information powering our job search engine.
• Apply NLP techniques to understand and categorize job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Data Pipelines and DB Management:

• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Guarantee reliability, scalability, and monitoring across all pipelines.
• Maintain and optimize non-relational databases (MongoDB, NoSQL), supporting relational databases when needed.

ML Workflows and Collaboration:

• Integrate and manage existing ML models used for classification and enrichment.
• Ensure that model outputs feed correctly into downstream processes.
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
