PowerBI Developers (Report Migration) - Junior Level

Role Overview:

• Support a large-scale reporting modernization initiative by converting WebFOCUS reports to Power BI.
• Work independently on straightforward migrations while senior team members handle complex conversions.
• This is a fully remote, full-time junior-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and maintain basic Power BI reports and visualizations.
• Recreate report layouts, filters, and logic based on existing requirements.
• Validate report accuracy and participate in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI with report development.
• Participation in at least one Power BI implementation or migration project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 hourly rate: $55 - $59 based on experience and qualifications.
