Job Description
The CRO Digital Specialist is tasked with the day-to-day execution of the strategic direction of Neilson A/B testing and experimentation capabilities. The role holder will need to be highly organised and someone who can manage multiple workstreams. This role sits within the Product Team which sits within the wider Thinkbait team at Neilson Financial Services, a team with specialisations in ecommerce, digital marketing, creative, content, UX, frontend development and offline advertising. The role encompasses implementing and monitoring the performance of A/B testing experiments, reporting and documenting outcomes and serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. This role offers valuable exposure to a range of digital optimisation practices within a dynamic, international environment. Duties include supporting the Optimisation Manager, implementing and monitoring A/B tests, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
